How to make this recipe
Making air fryer crispy sweet potato cubes is so easy, here's how to make it:
Step 1: Peel sweet potatoes and square off the ends.
Step 2: Cut into 1- inch planks. I like to square off one side of the sweet potatoes, so it doesn't roll on me.
Step 3: Cube sweet potatoes into ½-inch pieces. A shape 8-inch chef knife works the best.
Step 4: In a large bowl toss potatoes, seasonings, and oil.
Step 5: Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Play sweet potatoes cubes in a single layer, spacing them out. You will need to cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding the basket.
Step 6: Cook for 12 minutes. Shake the basket at the halfway mark (6 minutes). Sweet potatoes should have a crispy exterior and a soft interior.
