Pantry- A small room or cabinetry in which food, groceries, or other provisions are kept.
The more you cook and try out different recipes there will be certain ingredients or condiments you use often. Nobody wants to run to the store every time a recipe calls for avocado oil or coconut aminos?
Here is will breakdown of everything I keep in my pantry and the items I can't live without. All products will have an amazon link but you can find almost everything at Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Costco.

- Pro Tips: Great substitute for soy sauce! Add's a nice sweet flavor to sauces and must if you cook a lot of Asian-inspired recipes.
Salad Dressing
- Description: Avocado oil-based salad dressing made without gluten, soy, dairy, or canola oil

- Pro Tips: These dressings double as a marinade as well
Cooking Fats
Avocado Oil

Beef Tallow
- Description: Reserved cooking fat from 100% grass-feed beef

Ghee
- Description: Milk solids are removed from the melted butter to make it lactose-free

Fish Sauce
- Description:Anchovies are packed in salt and dried releasing a briny, salty liquid called fish sauce

- Pro Tips: A little bit goes a long way to proceed with caution
Coconut Milk
- Description: From the white flesh of coconuts, and the milk is thick and creamy

Ketchup
