- 8 ounces smoked salmon sockeye salmon
- ½ cup Castelvetrano olives you can use any olives
- 1-2 hard-boiled eggs cut in half
- 1 everything bagel cut in quarters
- ½ cup pickled red onions
- crackers I used fig crackers from Trader Joe's
- 5 radishes sliced
- 5 ounces cream cheese used softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 10 Belgian endive leaves
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado sliced
- ½ cucumber sliced
Place the smoked salmon and cream cheese spread close to the middle of the board.
Work from the center of the board outward by filling the gaps with pickled onions, tomatoes, radishes, asparagus, bagels, and capers.
Fill in the remaining spaces with Belgian endive, olives, cucumber slices, hard-boiled eggs, and avocado.
Place charcuterie board utensils on the board and let your guests enjoy!
