- 1 pound ground chicken (454 grams)
- 1 zucchini grated
- 2 garlic cloves choppped
- ⅔ cup feta cheese crumbled (100 grams)
- ¼ cup basil leaves chopped
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs (27 grams)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
