  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 Roma tomato chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ white onion chopped fine
  • 1 jalapeno minced
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt


  • Cut each avocado in half and remove the seeds.  With a large spoon, scoop out the flesh and place it into a large bowl.
  • With a fork, mash the avocado so it's creamy but chunky.
  • Add in tomato, garlic, cilantro, onion, and jalapeno.  Mix to combine.
  • Season guacamole with lime juice and salt.  


I used 1 lime in this recipe because I had a juicy lime.  You may need to add 2 limes to accomplish this.  
1 teaspoon of salt really brings out the flavor of the avocado.  If you are sensitive to sodium, use ½ teaspoon of salt instead.
