Peel and cube sweet potatoes into ½- inch pieces.
In a large bowl combine cubed sweet potatoes, oil, and seasonings. Toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Place the sweet potato cubes in a single layer, and cook for 12 minutes. Shake the basket at the halfway point. (Cook in batches if needed)
