Ingredients

  • 3 whole mango peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • 1 whole red bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 whole jalapeno chopped
  • 1 whole lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped mango, red onion, bell peppers, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
  • Mix all ingredients using a large serving spoon. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

  • Make sure to wash your hands after handling jalapenos.
  • Don't like your mango salsa spicy?  Remove the seeds from the jalapeno.
