Shrimp

Dynamite Sauce

  • ½ cup mayo Whole30 Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Bowl Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup red cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • ½ english cucumber sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds white and black
  • ½ cup green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Mix together all of the sauce ingredients.
  • Mix coconut flour, arrowroot powder, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk.
  • Set up a breading station with peeled shrimp, flour, and whisked eggs. Coat shrimp in the egg mixture and transfer to the flour mixture. Shake off excess flour from the shrimp and place it on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Place avocado oil in a dutch oven and heat to 325°F. Gently laying shrimp into the hot oil, not overcrowding the pan. Cook until golden brown and remove with a fryer stainer.
  • Toss shrimp with half of the dynamite sauce and reserve the rest. Serve over rice with cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, sesame seeds, and green onions.
