- 3 whole mango peeled and chopped
- ½ cup red onion chopped
- 1 whole red bell pepper chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 whole jalapeno chopped
- 1 whole lime juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped mango, red onion, bell peppers, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
Mix all ingredients using a large serving spoon. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
