Whole30 Ranch

AMAZING dairy-free Ranch dressing!  Coconut milk, parsley, dill, and tarragon come together in harmony.  This Ranch is so and easy to make and is Whole30 and Paleo approved!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Make Buttermilk: In a small bowl, combine ¾ cup of full-fat coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.  Let sit for 5 minutes or until curdled.
  • Combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, parsley, dill, chives, tarragon, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder to a bowl and whisk well.   Transfer dressing to a mason jar and refrigerate.

Notes

Add the buttermilk slowly, a little bit at a time.  If you add all the buttermilk at once, it may make a thin dressing.  You can always add more buttermilk, but you can't remove it.

Ranch Dressing Variations or Flavors

Jalapeno Ranch Dressing - Spice up your salad dressing with raw or roasted jalapenos. The best ranch dressing for a southwestern salad!
Chipotle Ranch Dressing - Homemade ranch dressing with a chipotle add a kick to your salad dressing or dip.
Cashew Ranch Dressing - Looking for a vegan ranch dressing recipe? Cashews and cucumber make a nice and creamy texture.
Barbeque Ranch Dressing - One of my favorite salads is a BBQ Chicken salad. Try adding 1-2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce to this dressing.
Avocado Ranch Dressing - By blending in ½ of avocado you will have a green Ranch Dressing! Perfect for dipping your raw veggies!
