Air Fryer Parsnips is a healthy snack everyone will enjoy. This root vegetable is naturally sweet, and ready in 12 minutes or less!

Step 1. Cutting the parsnips. Peel parsnips and cut them into parsnip sticks or fries.

Step 2. Seasoning the parsnips. In a medium-sized bowl, toss parsnip fries with avocado oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.

Step 3. Air Fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F/204°C. Spread the seasoned parsnips out on the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in two batches.

Step 4. Roasting Parsnips. Roast parsnips for 10-12 minutes or until caramelized and crispy. While parsnips are cooking, make the tarragon aioli.

Step 6. Tarragon Aioli. Mix mayo, dijon, garlic, lemon juice, tarragon, salt, and pepper.

Step 6. Serving Air Fryer Parsnips. Serve air-fried parsnips with tarragon aioli, and enjoy for a snack or easy side dish.
